Leave M1 at Junction 29 and take the A617 exit to Chesterfield.

At the roundabout take the 3^rd exit onto A61.

Follow the A61 to the next roundabout, here take 2^nd exit. 

At the next roundabout take the 2^nd exit onto B6050/ Dunston Road (Cutthorpe).

Dunston House is located approximately 1.5 miles on the right hand side (look for our Clock Tower).
